Although this scraper is light in weight it is stronger than it looks. Polycarbonate is a very durable plastic and the handle shaft is aluminium. The soft touch hand grip is pleasant to use and, importantly, the long shaft makes it easy to reach across the very large windscreens usual on modern cars. The scraper itself is wider than most. On the downside it is bulky to stow inside the car (I keep mine in the boot). It would have been better if the handle were telescopic, though that would make structural failure more likely and increase the price. As it is, the Auprotec is quite good value at about £8 and does the job easily and efficiently.

Might remove ice when next needed but very poorly put together and cheap material. Scraper section fell off while looking at it.

Leider nicht so gut wie erhofft. Qualität sehr verbesserungswürdig
