I purchased this pan for my induction hob to be able to fry a single egg or small items.After being on the hob for a few seconds the pan was very hot and the contents of the pan (a sausage) were burning black. Turning the hob down did not turn the heat down. In less than a minute the kitchen was full of smoke and the sausage burnt black.The pan has actually damaged the surface of my Stoves hob top. I am looking for the cost of a replacement top before seeking compensation.One star is given because you cannot leave no stars.
