I don't really like to use these for cash because you have to fold the cash to get it to fit properly. I use this for overflow loyalty cards and to collect business cards at business conferences. They are the right size for that purpose. They also seal well so you can use it to organize a small amount of coins for parking though these days most of the parking meters let you use a credit card. This is useful and if I used cash much these days, I might fold the bills into this envelope.

These 12 small plastic clips, each measuring 8.5×11 cm, are made of high-quality plastic that's quite sturdy, not easy to tear or damage, and the zipper slides smoothly. I don't intend to use them in any binder; instead, I use them individually. They have a wide range of uses, such as holding various cards, loose change, sewing supplies, photos, and more. Especially when I'm out and about, sometimes I need to carry some cash and coins. Putting them in these plastic clips is great because they're light, compact, don't take up much space, and seal well, so nothing falls out.
