BoneChilling scream! The Sounds traveled far & had everyone really scared near by. It comes with instructions on how to get the best sound and it. Came nicely packaged and the color made it look authentic.

I picked up this Aztec Death Whistle expecting something that sounded like a full-on scream, but it’s really just a loud, multi-tone whistle. How intense it gets depends entirely on how much air you can push through it. If you blow hard, it produces a layered, almost chaotic sound, but it doesn’t quite hit that eerie, human-like wail that some death whistles are known for. It’s still plenty loud, though, and could definitely get someone's attention.The whistle is made of a dense resin or composite material with a matte black finish. It feels solid and has some weight to it, so it doesn’t come off as cheap. The skull design is simple but recognizable, not overly detailed. It’s about three inches tall and two inches wide, roughly the size of a large egg. The mouthpiece is smooth and directs air well, though it takes a little practice to get the best sound out of it. If you don’t blow with enough force, it just sounds like a basic whistle.With full lung power, the sound is piercing and layered, but it doesn’t quite mimic a human scream. It’s more of a mix of high and low tones clashing together. It’s louder than a standard referee whistle, and I’d believe the claim that it reaches 125 dB, though I didn’t measure it. It would work well for a Halloween event, as a prank, or just as an unusual conversation piece.

Okay. I got this to see what it actually sounds like. It was in my truck when we went camping and the kids had a blast in the woods with it. It was super fun and the sound carries well.
