I use this cushion while sitting in a armchair, it’s the only cushion that has the movable wings sections on each side, this allows support for the cushion to be on the arms of the chair not on the seat or surface of the bed as shown in photographs. I use a iPad on a pillow pad on the cushion, it’s great as the screen is roughly in line with my eyes without hunching over and getting neck and shoulder ache. Highly recommended but check dimensions first before ordering.

This pillow is an absolute game changer - we recently bought new sofas, and in rearranging the living room, I no longer had my "eating table" in front of me. I could have sat at the dining table, like a civilised adult, but I thought I'd try this out instead.It's so amazingly comfortable that "dinner" is just something that I use it with, rather than what I have it for, if that makes sense. The elbow support is grand, and it helps with the posture as you're encouraged to not slouch so as to not lose the benefit of the pillow. The other night, I left the pillow on after I finished my dinner, and just enjoyed having it there - aside from the elbow rest, the front is almost "sticky", due to the material, so I could rest remote controls and my vape and not worry about them sliding around if I moved slightly. It's also oddly comfortable having it around your front, I guess almost like a security blanket ha ha.The best use of the pillow, however, hands down, is for gaming. I use my PS5 every chance that I get, and finding a sustainable, comfortable, position for several hours is very difficult when you're 47 years old. Every position either leads to a numb arm, or the inability to walk properly for several minutes after getting up. But - guess what - not any more! Exactly as pictured in the product listing, with the fellow using his Switch (or whatever it is), but with your game controller instead.Already bought one for my Mum for Mother's Day - not for gaming, of course, but for everything else... it looks like I'll need to get one for Father's Day as well, as they were immediately fighting over it, and I've already had at least one more person add this to their "wish list", so I love this so much that I'm trying to sell it to pretty much everyone I know. Just buy it, you won't be sorry (and ignore the 1 star rating about it "not inflating" - that's clearly related to a different product, as this is made from high density / memory foam, and does not require manual inflation).
