Used it during pregnancy to deal with painful ribs and do some light exercises. But the ultimate benefit came postpartum… our baby loves being held and while we bounce on this ball, it soothes him almost instantly. A very worthwhile purchase. Was hard to pump up though, took me over an hour while quite heavily pregnant.

I was using this ball during my pregnancy, and when my contractions started i only could sit on it, and now I’m using for my baby.

I purchased this after searching a lot in amazon for a good ball for my wife's pregnancy exercise and at the same time it should be value for the money we are spending. Started using this from day 1 of purchase and she likes it a lot and of course its helping her , I can say from her face .:)Only concern is I ordered 65 cm but received 55 cm.

It’s really helpful during pregnancy, you can feel the results right after the first session of exercise.Highly recommended.

At first I was happy with the ball, but after only a couple of weeks it seemed not to be able to "hold" an inflation anymore. I would have to re-inflate it every day to keep it firm. I don't think it has a hole, but perhaps the seal is not such great quality -- it's really inconvenient to have to re-inflate it every day.

This ball is awesome! I ordered the berry color and I love it. Some reviews have mentioned the ball doesn’t fill up to the correct 65cm but it will- I let it come to room temp like it says too then filled mine with an electric pump since the included pump is a waste! The next day I continued to fill it up until it reached the full 65cm. I was nervous about popping it but the material is so strong and flexible! The book that comes with it has been helpful for me to get the full use out of it. It has helped relive pressure/tension in my hips and pelvic area and also through my lower back through my second and third trimester. I’m super satisfied with my ball and I will be buying another one for a friend!

UPDATE: Amazing support. Babygo reached out about my concerns and we determined it was a defective ball - it happens. They assisted in making things right to alleviate my concerns. Honestly, A+++ support. I never get proactive support like this from someone so another star for the quality and professional support to address the issue.This was a definite life saver for comfort for my wife in her later months of pregnancy. She would alternate between this and her desk chair while working from home. When shopping for this ball we noticed SO MANY smaller yoga balls all advertised as birthing balls so make sure to very carefully check the dimensions of the balls if you don't buy this one! Lots of false advertising on here. This is a proper size birthing ball that's similar to actual chair height. The included reading materials were also great and a nice bonus!Putting as 3 stars though because it needed constant topping up with air every few days which was a pain. The plug is difficult to get out, even with the included prying tool. We have another yoga ball that will hold a pretty steady air pressure for months.

I use the ball to work from home due to my pregnancy. This gives me a bit of room to move around in between and my belly isn't so tense. The ball also comes with an information/exercise booklet, which is great. It's also practical that the package includes a pump for inflating and deflating so that you don't have to buy it separately. In addition, there is an accessory to remove the stopper from the ball if it is no longer needed and needs to be stowed away. Compared to exercise balls, this ball feels super stable and thick.
