My newborn is a super clingy baby and he hates to be cold so I bought this out of desperation. I heat the pack for 20 seconds, squish it around to spread the heat and then put the whole thing on him while he’s in his swing and it makes him feel comfortable enough to fall asleep. I don’t know how well it works for tummy aches, but it does good to make my baby feel less alone so I can get stuff done
