Bach -- 18 Short Preludes: Book & CD: Klavier/Piano (incl. CD)

Too difficult yet for me I have only 5 months studying piano, but I loved to play this preludes so much.

This book contains 18 intermediate pieces that would benefit a serious piano students repetoire. Written by J.S. Bach for instructing his son, these pieces are crafted for strengthening technique but stand alone as their own "mini" compositions. The CD is a valuable aid, though the pieces are played quite fast for most students at this level. The student should have good reading skills and good fundemental technique before starting this book.

Easy to read, very informative and with a good CD.

Great book, but it doesn't list the BWV numbers for the works.After looking through different sources, I believe that these are the BWV numbers of the preludes as they appear in this book: 924, 939, 999, 925, 926, 940, 941, 927, 928, 929, 930, 942, 933, 934, 935, 936, 937, 938.

Die gelieferte Ausgabe entsprach nicht der Beschreibung und auch nicht der Abbildung. Schlimmer noch, die in der Beschreibung genannte CD war nicht dabei.
