Bacon is a cut prepared from pork belly. This in itself produces a highly flavoured meat and to add to this it is then salted, and massaged by hand. Then, it is sprinkled with spices, aromatized herbs and pepper, which gives it an intense flavor. The Bacon is then moved to a drying room and after this is aged for a further ten days.
Ingrediënten
Varkensvlees (spek met zwoerd), zout, dextrose, specerijen, rookaroma's, aroma's. Antioxidanten: E31, conserveermiddelen: E250-E252. Glutenvrij en lactosevrij.

Sehr professioneller Service und exzellenter Geschmack. Ich benutze den Speck für ein Ragu alla Bolgnese. Einfach vom Feinsten und echt lecker.

Algo desilucionado porque en la foto se ve mas carne y menos tocino que el recibido. Por otra parte, el sabor y la densidad del ahumado, es bueno. No me atrevo a valorar si lo comparo con Blister existentes en el mercado, cuyo precio es de algo mas de 3 € unos 100 gramos.El precio se justifica por el envase hermetico y la Agencia elegida.
