This ball filter, for your bath, arrived in a sturdy cardboard box and enclosed in a plastic bag which kept it well protected.It comes complete with two options for hanging it from your tap, depending on whether you have a protruding bit or not. I don't so had to use the longer, silicone, handle which simply wraps around the tap. This was so difficult to put into the filter that I almost gave up - I had to force it into place using a metal skewer.Essentially you position it under the running water and it acts as a filter.I've never really thought about the quality of my bath water and do think this made it look slightly clearer, so I think it was filtering out some impurities/hardness.However I found that it really cooled down the hot water in the process - to the point where the drop in my bath's temperature was really noticeable and I had to use much more hot water than usual (not ideal for my gas bill).On this basis any advantages are outweighed by the issues in causes with the water temperature.At £19.45, at time of review, I struggling to see the value or point of this filter so can't recommend it.

Great bath water filter, works well, seems really effective, a little tricky to get it to stay in the right place to get the tap water to pass through it but the cable is long enough to attach to nearby knobs. Pleased with this, helps with the hard water we have. Highly recommended.
