This is a large, sturdy case with two pockets inside and two included ice packs. I use this for my MSM cream, and it has to stay cold at all times before application. The lining is as stated, and I liked the added bonus of the insert (insulin, which I don't use)—the zipper is not exposed; it's in a well-thought-out lining, so the cold air does not escape.There was a tag inside that made me smile, it said Made in china, China was not capitalized.

Ho acquistato questa custodia affinché contenesse la mia puntura salvavita contro le allergie alimentari. Purtroppo non sono molto soddisfatta…quando inserisco il ghiaccetto nella tasca a rete il contenitore all’esterno si bagna a tal punto che devo stare attenta che in borsa non sia a contatto con il cellulare o con qualcos’altro che si potrebbe rovinare. Credo che opterò per un’altra soluzione.
