I'm very happy with the purchase!I have a slightly larger than 13-inch laptop and on some days I work for just for a few hours so I don't want to use my big backpack. This Baggallini is perfect for the laptop - granted it's a tight fit but that's fine - and the few things I'll need for half a day. Plus the two side pockets are deep enough that I can put my folding cane on one side and a water bottle in the other and they're pretty secure.I also love that the straps are well made and stay in place but are easy to adjust.It's a bonus that the bag is stylish and looks great for casual use too. (Believe me, I looked online for about a month to find the perfect bag that didn't cost over $200!)

This bag exceeds my expectations! The bag on top and behind comes with a little hook which the zippers can clip on to after zipping. Very clever. There are many rfid protected pockets and the materials are slash proof! Keep my mind at ease when travelling.

The perfect size for me. I returned an earlier order last month as bag was too small for me. The design is even better then in the picture. I particularly love the anti theft features. I've been picked pocket 3 times oversea. Can't wait to use this bag.
