Arrived on time as expected, thanks Amazon ! Genuine Bahco trade mark forged into handle ( Bahco name and 'Fish' with 'Hook and Line' on handle ). Did not come with Bahco packaging, was wrapped in a plastic bag. Not sure why there is more 'movement' than expected in the jaw ?... 1-2mm movement in the jaw when set to width required...possibly a 'second' ?... Only three stars for now...not sure whether to replace the replaceable parts or... Only 3 Stars. ( In it's favour it's much cheaper by about £8 - £10 from a recommended retailer on the Bahco website, I've decided ! I'm returning this for a refund - £80 odd quid is too much to lose for a 'second' ! )'Refund Process' has been started, ( Amazon has been brilliant in the past for a refund, and the process was so easy, but for now a 'New Refund' ), and day two since the refund process was started and I'm still waiting for Hermes to pick up Amazon's refund package ( Bahco 15" Very Adjustable Wrench). The refund only starts when Amazon receives the package physically... Will update...Update: Called Amazon customer services to enquire as to why my collection hadn't taken place, and whether it was up to me to book the collection with Hermes. The customer services gentleman was right on the mark and within 10 minutes I was sent a QR Code to take the parcel ( Bahco 15" Adjustable Wrench ), along to my local post office, and within 2 minutes of presenting the QR Code and parcel all was done ! Now 'winging it's way' back to Amazon's Fulfilment Centre ! Thank you Amazon for sorting things ! Will update...Final update; I've been kindly notified by Amazon that the refund has been concluded - I think the post office QR Code return and receipt of the parcel helped - and it was that simple ! Thanks Amazon ! And for all you folks who might feel shy of using Amazon's amazing ( see what I did there ? ) returns policy, if you've received something that you didn't expect or is not what you expected, Amazon can't help enough with their returns policy. Brilliant and thanks once again Amazon ! I hope this is concluded now !
