The product itself is super cute and I like that it includes two teapots, however the packaging of the items by the seller is terrible and mine came with numerous small pieces chipped off. Since they were a birthday present I exchanged them and the second ones I received were even worse than the first, with one of the handles completely broken off. They are not individually wrapped inside the box to protect them and I could tell, even before opening the second package, that they were going to be broken because I could hear them hitting each other inside the box. Super disappointed.

Der Artikel an sich ist superschön zu gestalten.Nur leider (ich habe zwei Mal bestellt) war in der Verpackung immer eine Teetasse kaputt/zerbrochen.Vier bezahlt, zwei waren ganz.Ich wollte daraufhin nur freundlich den Kundenservice darauf aufmerksam machen, dass sie in Zukunft bitte besser verpacken. Es kam nur eine Standardantwort zurück. Das war enttäuschend.Dennoch, ein toller Artikel zum Bemalen.NACHTRAG: Die Firma hat mir Ersatz geschickt. Ich bekam zwei neue und heile Teekannen zugesendet. Toller Zug dieser Firma. Lieben Dank!!!

Ho letto varie recensioni in cui le teiere di ceramica erano arrivate rotte o sbeccate. Io ho voluto rischiare e sono stata fortunata perché mi sono arrivate integre. Effettivamente l imballaggio non è dei migliori: in una scatola di cartone, hanno sopra e sotto uno strato di polistirolo, e un pezzettino di cartone a dividerle, e i 2 oggetti non sono imballati, perciò se nel viaggio si urtano è probabile che si rompano tra loro...Ceramiche bianca opaca, non compreso il set per dipingerle. Una corda sola per 2 oggetti.
