Got the $20 bundle with tricep rope and D bar handle (parallel grip thing?). The quality is very impressive. Nice and heavy metal, very heavy rope as well. Can't really ask for more at this price.

I paid about $22 for this these 2 attachments for the gym. One of the regular gyms I go to is always missing these 2 attachments, so this makes it so much easy to get my workout done, instead of searching the whole gym for 1 of these attachments. The material is not the best and it kind of scratches easily, but it works.
