Great for my home gym I use heave weights on it and my home gym bench press, it;s great, and prerry solid as quality, Doesnt sli, size is perfect for 2 people to work on it, cushion is good not toooo hard not toooo soft just perfect, easy to use and setup

First, I want to state that delivery came quickly which is what I like. The mats were quite easy to set up. However I do notice that it will take some time for them to fit together perfectly which I will give them time to do since they came out of the box. Can only imagine by using it they will find a way to form together seamlessly. For being half inch they are able to hold my weight and I think that they are great for body workouts and for yoga. Decided to get the black ones and I’m happy with the finish on them. I haven’t dropped water on it yet and I’m not sure if I will slip but in general the texture that is on the mat he’s able to help me stay in one place. I think this would be great for a home gym and a play area for children. If you’re looking for gym mats to drop 100 pounds on, this might not be the mat for you. I still do believe that the mats are perfect for my needs.

I have carpeted living space and wanted a firm rug burn free area for yoga and low body weight exercises. On carpet these mats dont slide and give a nice solid but cushioned surface for exercise. Bare foot the mats are slippery so it's good for sliding into a deep stretch and pivots. For more grip you'll want to use runners. Yoga mat grips very well to the surface of this flooring and won't slide during poses.I don't think I would leave anything heavy stored on the mats for an extended period of time as I think they don't easily particularly with a cushy carpet under them they flex more under weight.Bonus these mats came with additional edge pieces so if you need to make an irregual shape to fit around furniture you can do that and still have a finished edge
