Everything good apart from the thermos. The heat escapes very quickly!

I have ordered a Yerba mate premium set from Amazon.It came in a few days ago and the first thing I have noticed when I used it was that the thermos bottle gave off heat when containing boiled water, leading it to cool down extremely quickly (the water becomes luke warm after 4-5 hours). When looking at the box, it says it keeps the water warm for at least 12 hours.I contacted Balibetov, and they mentioned I should "close" the Thermos in order to keep the water warm. I never mentioned that the Thermos was open in the first place, so it was a strange reaction (they take also a long time to react).The Thermos was closed at all times. I screwed the lid on firmly to make sure the Thermos was airtight directly after I poured boiling hot water in. I actually timed the loss of heat over time this time (again: fully closed airtight Thermos), and it turns out the water cools down from boiling hot (100 degrees) to luke warm (30-40 degrees) within less than 4 hours. This should I think not be the case. As mentioned, the heat immediately radiates through the Thermos which led to the outside feeling warm and thus losing heat I presume.I had to boil water more than 3 times today within 6 hours to be able to keep enjoying mate. Is this the case with all Balibetov Thermoses? Or is only the Thermos I bought a defect one?Looking forward to your response and further steps how to solve it.
