I paid 35 euros for this automatic umbrella.With that amount, you can buy up to five automatic umbrellas.I am satisfied though, because it seems high quality, and I like the look of it very much.Only time will tell about its lifespan.I used it only once for now, without wind, and it worked perfectly.The seller on amazon.nl is Fa.Volmer.The description was correct.Fast delivery too.

This is great umbrella. I got tired of using cheap throwaway umbrellas that break when there's a little wind, or that flip in a bit of wind. This umbrella has a very high build quality and is very sturdy. Highly recommended if you live in a rainy country!

I bought this based on positive reviews here and on product review sites, trying to avoid ones that just seemed like auto-generated content, and eventually settled for this one. Although the design looks nice, it doesn't have a particularly robust or high-quality feel. The wood feels inexpensive, and the metal components have slack and looseness instead of the taut feeling which I have experience on some other umbrellas. The one nice feature it has is a very powerful automatic opening, but this comes at the cost of it being actually tough to close, if done without enough force, it won't shorten but instead gets caught where the two pieces of the umbrella stem should overlap into each other (although this might also just be a manufacturing defect in my particular sample). Overall I feel that in terms of build quality this is just slightly better than supermarket or bookstore umbrellas and should be priced around €20, due to its classy look. At €30, I feel like I overpaid.

De paraplu heeft het uiteindelijk een week (twee regenbuien) uitgehouden voordat deze niet meer in wilde klappen.

I bought it for a friend's birthday, and he's super happy about it. It's well-designed, and very practical if you live in a rainy country (like the Netherlands).

A few years ago I got fed with cheap umbrellas self destructing as soon as a puff of wind came along. I decided to spend a little more and get something a bit more resilient. I purchased a Balios umbrella and found the vented design very resilient in windy conditions.This particular purchase is my second, and if you are wondering what happened to my first the 'button' assembly that pops it open finally gave up the ghost. But what was good was the canopy was still absolutely fine having taken all the weather that had thrown at it. Given I had a few years and it got plenty of use I don't think that was a problem, things do wear out, and that is why I have bought another one.Its nicely presented when you recieve it and it comes in a matching outer cover - I have given one as a gift - and I personally tend to keep it in the outer pocket of a backback so its handy when I need it. It seems to dry quite quickly when opened up indoors prior and it has a useful single pop stud on the end of a strip of material to hold it furled closed when its stored. I don't tend to bother with the outer cover - I find the furled up arrangement fine as it is. In service the button pops it up readily and its easy to close it up and compact it down to stored size. Wind resilience is good with the vented top and the handle is comfortable for extended use. In fact the handle is nicely shaped and finished which gives the umbrella a quality feel. They seem to come in a good selection of colours too, my original one was bright orange, a colour chosen to try and ensure I wouldn't lose it if I put it down. This one is a nice mid green colour which I think looks quite smart but they do some patterned ones as well.

El paraguas es elegante, discreto y bonito. No pesa mucho. La funda tiene una cremallera, lo que facilita guardarlo o sacarlo. El sistema antivientos está en la parte superior con una delgada abertura que deja circular la corriente. El mango es de madera o parece serlo, pero lo que más me gusta es que reconocen que aunque el diseño es “inglés”, en la etiqueta dice Made in China . Eso no quita que el precio - calidad sean muy buenos.

Gerçekten güzel iş çıkarmışlar, en güzel yanı da hemen kuruyor olması. Kesinlikle hemen kuruyor, yağmuru kumaşta bekletmiyor, en yoğun yağışta dahi şemsiyeyi kapatıp birkaç kez hızlı hızlı salladığınızda ve kısa bir müddet bekledikten sonra kuruduğunu göreceksiniz. Tavsiye ederim.
