Die BALLARINI Ledro Wok, 28 cm, Aluminium gefällt uns sehr geht. Meine Frau (Chinesin) benutzt diese Pfanne und landtypische Gericht zuzubetreiten. Die Pfanne macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck, die Antihaft Schicht funkioniert sehr gut. Wir haben einen Induktionsherd, darauf funktioniert die Pfanne sehr gut. Wir merken uns die Marke BALLARINI für den Fann dass wir wieder mal einen Topf oder dergleichen kaufen möchten.

This wok is pure quality, and you can tell from the moment you pick it up. It's HEAVY, so hefty and solid you could fight a rock with it and win. It also means that the heat is very even when cooking, as the whole thing heats up, not just a fiery base and warm sides. I spent about forty minutes cooking with it today and didn't encounter a hot spot once.The non-stick is also really good. From the photo, the pan is so clean that it looks like I put the finished food in afterwards, but all I did was scrape the sides with a silicone spatula. I cooked eggs in it without a single bit sticking, I crisped soy sauce and rice in it without a grain burning on, and I finished off with a thick curry sauce and it still didn't cling to the side, even when cold. All I had to do was wipe it with a damp cloth and it was perfectly clean. Amazing. ALSO: even the outside doesn't hold food residue on it. I had some oil run down the side during cooking and didn't notice until after I'd finished, and that just wiped off too! You'll also notice that there's no bolt cap on the inside of the pan, which means there isn't a tiny edge for your food to get under and eventually cake on. I don't know how the handle is attached, but it's not on the inside, and it's some super sturdy magic.It's just a pleasure to cook with this wok, and it's so well made I expect to still be cooking with it ten years from now. Fantastic.

The pan is made from 100% recycled aluminium, which is a nice touch for those of us trying to be more environmentally conscious in the kitchen. The handle is made from 37% bio-based materials, so it feels good to know that I'm using something eco friendly. When there is a choice between a good pan or a good pan that is also eco friendly, always go the eco friendly route.The standout element of this pan though is the ceramic nonstick coating. I can say that it does a fantastic job of keeping food from sticking. I've had great results frying a variety of dishes without any hassles, and it’s a relief not to worry about harmful chemicals.It has a nice design, with a lovely sandy beige colour that almost matches my other brand pan set.Cleaning is straightforward as it’s dishwasher-safe, although I’ve found that hand washing it keeps it looking pristine.How I rate the products:5 stars: As advertised, works as expected, nice packaging.4 stars: Not quite as expected, possibly misleading in description or issue with packaging.3 stars: Average product, works okay but nothing special.2 stars: A cheap or untrustworthy product, not expecting it to last long.1 star: Came broken or unusable.
