This is a beautiful knife. Excellent craftmanship and hence appealing to the eye. I am a professional meatcutter and, as my passion directs, so I collect knives. This knife is one in a million simply because of aforementioned qualities. It matters not to me whether a knife is received sharp or factory edge as I sharpen my own knives, but this knife was razor-sharp when I took it out of its packaging. I highly recommend this knife to all those who love knives as I do.
