This is an instrument with a really good price/value ratio. It’s well made both in terms of sound and visuals. The included endless knot was a bit out of shape, but nothing one can’t fix within moments.There are no manuals of any kind, so if you don’t know how to handle this type of instrument (from assembling, including application of the membrane, to playing it) be prepared to spend some time online to find all the info you need.The instrument itself looks really good. Not the best nor most beautiful piece i have ever seen, but it looks good visually. It also sounds good, although a bit sharper than expected.

I played the flute in my youth so I thought I’d have a try of this traditional bamboo flute.It took me a while to get a note out of it as it is different to my metal flute and I will need a lot of practice to play a tune. I also think you need large fingers as my fingers are quite small and I couldn’t hear much difference in pitch when I covered some of the holes.It’s a bit weird that the item description refers to something completely different but this is a review of a bamboo flute.

My grandson has a stuffed panda that is as old as he is. He wanted a lute for her.
