We’re renovating our garden and having a fight with long-established weeds and poppy plantlings that are springing up everywhere because we have disturbed the soil. We went away for just 10 days and came back to find the perishers had sprung up everywhere we had tilled. My neighbour mentioned that she uses a hoe for easy weeding and the only reason I ordered this one was the price and the quick (Prime next day or two) availability. I’m so glad I did, though, because it’s an excellent piece of gardening kit and so very easy to use.It comes in several pieces which are really easy to fit together and don’t come apart when in use. The “stirrup” head is such that you can get pretty deep into the ground to remove deeper roots and a week after use, the weeds are really struggling to come back.Because you can disassemble the pole, you can use this as both a hand-held hoe, ideal for raised areas such as beds or planters, or a traditional long hoe for ground work. It feels a good weight - not too heavy or too light - and durable. I’m a very reluctant gardener and I like tools that make the little bit of gardening that I do as easy as possible. This is well and truly one of those tools.

I bought this to help remove weeds that were over grown, I had previously tried just digging them up but seen this item and thought I'd give it a try, this saved so much time and was so easy to use. It was really easy to assemble. 5 ⭐ would definitely recommend
