It was a bad purchase. It didn't work for the purpose. On top it came with a scratched screen, a different design and had less sensitivities and vibration modes than were advertised at the moment of purchase (29 January 2025).

This bark collar is just what we were looking for, it looks very stylish and works well, light weight. Easy to set up. There are multiple different settings you can have it on, vibrate and sound, just sound or just vibrate. Our little dog is a Patterdale terrier cross and fits him well, it's adjustable to fit bigger dogs too. Our dog is 16 and has doggy dementia and sometimes doesn't know why he is barking and gets anxious, we have set the collolar on a very low vibrate, it's just enough to gently distract him from why he was barking. We used to have a spray collar. This is so much better. Customer service has been second to none. Thank you!

This collar is amazing. My friend got one for her puppy, it worked well for her. I have a 5 year old Westie that barks all day long at everything and so far no deterrent has worked. The first day I wasn't sure it was going to work and I have got it on the highest setting now but he is like a different dog. No more than one bark at a time then he just stops in his tracks. I cannot recommend this enough if you have a dog that constantly barks. Battery lasts for ages, haven't charged it again yet, easy to work and cuts to size. Price wise it is expen but worth it.

I recently brought this product after coming across them on tiktok. I brought the blue which is a lovely colour. It very easy to set up and use. Unfortunately it didn't work with my dog, as he learned how to bark in a way so it wouldnt set it off or if it beeped he would bark more. Although the product didn't work for me, the customer service has been outstanding, they have offered a full refund which is amazing, and have been very helpful and quick to reply. It's lovely to support a small growing business ☺️

This is a really good dog collar. My dog has stopped barking completely & I love the colour. The pink is so cute & matches her personality. I also love how the vibrations don’t upset her. She just knows to stop barking. It has really made going to the park better & I think all my neighbours are grateful aswell as they were at their wits end!! Thank you so much to the team for inventing this! Total god send. I have already recommended it to all my friends and the pug Facebook community I am a part of. Everyone thinks it’s a brill idea! I just bought it in violet as well!!

The 'Bark Guard Dog Bark Collar for Small Medium Dogs, Humane No Shock Stop Dogs Barking' is a great concept and actually looks like aa very decent product.The collar extends to quite a decent size if required and is easy to adjust and fit.I am very tech savvy and did not find it that intuitive to change settings, however my wife (who is not normally tech savvy) got it to work in minutes.So that is the positives, the negatives are that it didn't have the slightest effect on either of my Frenchies - now I am prepared to admit it may be that their neck skin is fairly excessive so maybe they aren't getting the full benefit. It may also be the case that they are so reactive or too old now that they don't care.At a current price of £24.99 I think is fair, and if it worked it would have been a bargain. I do feel this could be effective in training if introduced at an early enough age (or with less fatty necks), but it wasn't for me.
