We are using these pins to create a more inclusive environment at work. We work in an open space with many young and extraverted colleagues who enjoy communicating with others. However, as any other team we also include some introverts who sometimes lack social energy and get more tired at work, which pushes them to work from home more and not always keep up-to-date with what is happening in the team.As such, we decided to have pins so that everyone would feel free to show when they are not willing / able to communicate and prefer to work, or even have their lunch, on their own :))I enjoy this so far, and pins work well - the small flash is easy to move, while pins generally look same as in the pictures.
