This running vest appear to me to be very nicely made. It features a 5 litre bladder that fits in the back and a smaller flask that fits into a front pocket. High viz bands can help with visibility at night and there are some additional storage features that can be helpful for carrying a phone or even something like a rain poncho. Size is very adjustable. Good value and convenient in my opinion.

This is a review of 'BBAIYULE® Running Vest Backpack phone holder,Hydration Backpack Pack 5L for Women and Men Marathon Trail Race Jogging Cycling Hiking with Hydration Pack (with bladder and soft flask)'.This is a running vest with two water bladders. One is 500ml and the other 2L. I'm unsure why the listing title says 5L, it seems to me the total capacity is 2.5L if you used both bladders together? The bladders are to be cleaned by hand presumably using bottle brushes. The vest also has pockets for your phone, keys, etc. It's not really waterproof but it can withstand light rain. It also has reflective strips for visibility in the dark. The vest is great for running, it does get a little heavy with the bladders full up but other than that it's very functional.

I have really picked up on the amount of long walks, runs and cycling I now do as part of my exercise routine, and hitting the last 2 months especially (summer 2024) with the sudden spikes in heat, keeping hydrated is vital but I hate having to carry a heavy drinks bottle with me as it requires either taking a bag with me or carrying the bottle but this vest is perfect. Incredible lightweight so even with a full "bladder" which is what holds your drink, this never feels like a burden to wear and carry when running or walking. Very easy to drink from when needed and is so secure when worn so it doesn't shift weight becoming a nuisance.My favourite feature next to the hydration is the amount of pockets it comes with, it has a pocket perfect for holding your phone, another for keys and a wallet which means pockets are free. Everything about this is designed to help focus on the run/walk/cycle ride whilst being able to hydrate safely and have your belongings kept secure and safe and out the way so not to be a distraction. I wish I had discovered this ages ago it is that good!

Comfortable to wear. Light weight and lots of pocket actually vest is good.My only issue is the Water bag, it has a leak in the corner after 4 weeks of using. It is a Slow drip. Plus issues getting water out the valve.

This vest is adjustable enough to accommodate those of us, like me, who have a more husky build. It comes with two bpa free drink bladders. One of these is about 500ml, the other has a hefty 2L capacity. This larger bladder fits into the back pocker of the vest and has a long drinking tube to provide access without having to take the bladder out. The smaller is marked as being dishwasher safe, although given the construction I'm not sure how effective putting it in the dishwasher would be for cleaning the inside of it. The lid comes off, so I think a clean with a gentle bottle bush would be more effective. The larger bladder doesn't say anything about being dishwasher safe, but does have an embossed warning not to put in juices, alcohol, or milk. The embossed label also indicates an operating temperature range of between -20C and +50C, so presumably it can be put in the freezer to fill it with ice, with the warning to be careful not to overfill and risk damage. The larger bladder also has embossed measurements in 500ml increments. Given the 2L capacity, i think this could also double up as a 2kg weighted vest if filled.There are two large pockets on the back of the vest, one of which will hold the 2L bladder, the other maybe a small towel or rain poncho.There are 6 pockets on the front straps. A large one that fits my phone nicely. Two with zips, one with a drawstring, and a final smaller one that is open but has slightly stretchy fabric to keep the contents secure - I use this for the dog clean up bags. Keys, credit cards, coins and other small items can be stored securely.The rest of the vest is made of a breathable mesh. There are reflective strips on the straps for visibility, and a loop on the back collar which also has a reflective strip.Finally, there are two adjustable straps on the front which fasten with small plastic clips. This makes putting the vest on, taking it off, and adjusting the fit all really simple. It's very well designed.Overall this is a great vest for being out and about and can function as a replacement for your every day carry bag if you're going to be on the move.
