Roestvorming na eerste gebruik. Vooral op de deksels, maar ook op de bodem van de potten.Wat moet hiermee gebeuren?

Het product wordt geleverd in een handige houten kist met deksel. Helaas is het beschadigd verzonden, zelfs de schroeven zijn er niet bij geleverd. Gelukkig is de inhoud wel goed.Het is mijn inziens belachelijk dat je dit zo verstuurd wetende dat het beschadigd is. Ik heb geen zin om negatieve energie te steken om dit product terug te sturen.Jammer!

Oggi è arrivato il pacco, in tempo perfetto, 7 gg dall'ordine, con la serie di 7 pezzi, ma non ho capito bene perchè 7 pezzi, come contano? Forse non lo sa nemmeno il venditore,La bella cassa contenitrice di legno con maniglie in corda è arrivata ben imballata in una scatola di buon cartone e protetta in ogni dimensione da polistirolo, per cui è arrivata in perfette condizioni; unica pecca, la rottura del bordo del coperchio a causa di una vite di sigillo troppo grossa e avvitata troppo (vite assolutamente inutile dato che il coperchio ha il suo fermo metallico a pressione molto efficiente) comunque ho rimediato con un po' di colla.Mi sono accorto dopo aver disimballato l vari pezzi che la pentola principale aveva una crepa passante a forma di "L" vicino all'attacco del manico, avvertito il venditore con l'apposito canale per i messaggi, ho avuto la risposta per la sostituzione nel giro di un'ora.Due giorni dopo, proprio due giorni di calendario, avevo la nuova pentola.Complimenti !

This is not definitely not one of those swish enamelled cast iron kitchen sets!However, I've bought these for using with barbecues and over open fires when camping or cooking in the garden. This is what they are great for and they don't have wooden handles to get burned and ruined. I've used these a couple of times now and I'm more than happy with what I've bought. They came from Germany well packed and well within the delivery window!I have had experience of cast iron stuff before and it can be quite aggressively cleaned in ways that would ruin aluminium non-stick. However, If you are new to rough cast iron cookware - just follow the instructions for 'seasoning cast iron cookware' on the internet and you won't go far wrong! (there are a couple of differing methods - they all work)The storage case is solid and the rope handles make it easy to lift in and out of the car.You should also dry these thoroughly and wipe them with a little cooking oil after each use and before stowing away to stop them from rustingThe flat-bottomed Dutch Oven and the pan & skillet are also fine for using in the kitchen, however, bear in mind that the handles will get hot.Here is a message to the supplier;( Bitte entschuldigen Sie meine schlechte Deutsch)Vielen Dank für ein ausgezeichnetes Produkt zu einem fairen PreisIch bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und würde von diesem Anbieter wieder kaufen!
