Aramex was the courier and they lied about been unable to contact me hence failed delivery when there was clearly no sign of them at all. There were no call records, no evidence of delivery attempt as we have security officers at our apartment and intercom camera. Clearly, Aramex lied about delivery attempt. In fact, many users mentioned this tactic of Aramex in the google reviews too. On other hand, seller has not been helpful and merely sided Aramex. The whole shopping experience is terrible and we will definitely be less willing to buy from Amazon instead. The item was finally delivered by our own effort to call up Aramex several times. There was absolutely no service recovery attempt by anyone in this episode. Other online merchants such as HolyArt provides better user experience.

I am very religious and the size and quality of the statue are great. The appearance is very clear and very well decorated. The price is very decent.
