Ive used this product for a while and so far it's worked very well. My only complaint is trying to find a refill for the tips. My tip has not completely worn out yet. This product came in my life just in time. I hope it continues to work.

I liked this product very well and used it to make the holes on my beads larger.

The machine itself works just fine. The bit lasted through 2 beads and was then slick as glass. I followed the instructions about wetting the bead and the tip of the bit. If each bit is only going to do 2 beads, then they should provide dozens of bits to go with the machine. I used it twice, and now it's worthless.

The adaptor part which changes the bit broke and will not allow for the bits to be interchanged.

Wish I had known about this item when I first started dealing with jewelry. The item works great.
