I recently picked up the new Bear Grips Hook Straps, and they’ve made a huge difference in my lifting sessions. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable they feel—there’s plenty of wrist support without digging in, and the hooks make gripping heavy weights effortless.I mainly use them for deadlifts, rows, and lat pulldowns, and they’ve helped me push past grip fatigue, allowing me to focus more on form and muscle engagement. The build quality feels solid, and they don’t slip, even under heavier loads.That said, they do take some getting used to, and I wouldn’t rely on them for every lift since I still want to develop my grip strength naturally. But for heavy sets and max-effort lifts, these are a game-changer. If you struggle with grip fatigue or wrist strain, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot!

100% worth the money. The material feels strong and comfortable. They look really smart, but most importantly they are fantastic at what they are designed to do. These allow you to lift or pull a far heavier weight without having to rely on your grip strength failing. One of the best investments I’ve made.

I’ve got to say WOW these are absolutely brilliant.I’m not a gym bunny I kind of drop in and out of weight lifting.But that’s all changed wore a pair for the gym yesterday, actually lifted more weight and for longer. And boy did I sweat.I would highly recommend these hooks.I stayed in the gym longer than I normally would as I get sore hands lifting and pulling.I’ve also ordered the grips with the leather strap that covers the palm of your hand too, can’t wait until they arrive tomorrow.I honestly thought watching the video they can’t be that good or why hasn’t someone done these before now?But I was wrong.Great qualityFantastic price.Great support when lifting and pulling.

These are hooks are worth their weight.. comfortable on the wrist when strapped up and under weight. Can get a great use out of each exercise when grip strength is not a priority, Would 100% recommend if moving from straps or not using anything at all.
