These are poor quality, very cheap looking. Doesn’t feel sturdy enough when applied and doesn’t feel very safe. Not worth the money.

I thought these were a brilliant idea, a way to keep the gas hob safe from children and pets (in my case my kitties). I like the flower design and I thought they would look nice on the hob too. Unfortunately they didn't turn out to be very practical or very well made.Firstly there are no instructions included at all. The plastic is thinner and cheaper quality than I expected for a tenner and has fine scratches over it even though they were all packed individually. I'm not sure how heat resistant the plastic will be to be honest. The tops clip down but they don't feel sturdy enough to be very child or pet proof.You have to stick them into place on your hob, so included in the packet to stick them down are those little white half moon stickers you can see in my pics, which are supposed to fit one on each "petal" of the flower shape on each cover. They didn't look great to start with (creased and peeling off already) but when I peeled the first one off gently it still stretched out of shape and was messy (see pic) . I decided not to attempt to use the stickers at all in the end - I have concerns with that next to the heat, and if you spill food or oil it's going to be hard to clean it up if you stick them down. If you're going to get some of these I would recommend gluing them down with something more suitable, not the stickers.You have to place them so that the lids open sideways, but the flower shape also makes them difficult to place on the hob without covering the setting or being able to get them to line up properly.Sorry to say this, I really did think they were a good idea and they look quite nice in place but there are too many problems with them for me to recommend them, and not good value for money either.
