In meinem Aqua-Fitness-Kurs kommen seit einiger Zeit diese Boxhandschuhe zum Einsatz und das Training damit macht mit Spaß. Zum Trainieren im Urlaub habe ich mir nun ein eigenes Paar davon gekauft.

I am always looking for items to use when doing aqua jogging & an aqua workout at the pool. This is one of the best items I have ever used - definitely recommend. Usually I have aqua dumbbells to help with an upper body workout while I jog, but these are better in every way. I wish I had found them ages ago.
