I'm surprised at how nice these brackets are. The finish is excellent on them -- nearly indistinguishable from genuine 80/20 stuff. I measured this at just shy of 4mm in thickness. The genuine 80/20 bracket I have measures at about 5mm thickness, but the bracket I have is meant for 1010 series profiles, whereas this is meant for 2020 series profiles -- it is possible the genuine 80/20 brackets for 2020 profile are also 4mm thickness, but I don't know for sure. For comparison, I also bought some T brackets from another brand on Amazon called "Boeray"; the price was about the same as for comparable brackets from "Befenybay", but the metal finish was much poorer.The fastening hardware that came with these brackets is standard steel, but I needed stainless for my application, so I did not use it. I do not know how good quality the hardware is, but it seems like pretty cheap stuff. Not taking off any stars for this, as the price is good enough to make the hardware "throw-away".As with all these Chinese manufactured hardware, there is likely extensive lot-to-lot variation. Perhaps I happened to get a good lot, but I am very satisfied and will buy again if the need arises.
