It was fine for the first couple of uses, but then one of the sections of the pins came loose, meaning no amount of picking will work anymore. Only the key opens the lock now, making the whole thing pointless.I suggest instead buying a Master No.3 padlock as that's a great pickable beginner padlock.

It's a little flimsy and there is no packaging or production information to check where it came from or who produced it. It came is just wrapped in bubble wrap and a small envelope. It is a good toy to play with and learn how locks work as you can see trough the case and observe the mechanism.

I bought this for a Secret Santa gift. The guy who received it was most impressed and it kept him quiet for a good while.

Fun to use

When you pop the angled bit in the lock to apply some pressure to open the lock, the metal expands and the barrel won't move , even when successfully picked. Don't waste your money.
