It's a lovely comfortable dress. Defo go by size chart and measurements to get correct size. Measured and only ordered once. Size fitted perfectly. The dress has a lining so no visible knickers and no petticoat needed. Bodice has adjustable straps to be lengthened or shortened depending. ..it even has pockets! I am well chuffed with it and was a hit when I wore it. Brilliant style and flow, very feminine.

J'ai acheté cette robe pour un costume de Belle de Disney, et je ne suis vraiment pas déçue ! La taille est parfaite, et le tissu est super léger, ce qui en fait une robe idéale pour l'été. La couleur est exactement ce que je recherchais, très fidèle à l'image du produit. La fermeture éclair sur le côté rend l'enfilage facile et rapide, et les bretelles sont réglables, ce qui permet un ajustement personnalisé. Le seul petit bémol, c'est la doublure qui est un peu plus courte que la jupe, ce qui peut être un peu gênant. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est une très belle robe, confortable et pratique !

Das Kleid ist wunderschön! Träger sind verstellbar, der Schlitz hat eine tolle Länge, Oberteil passt super gut, es hat Taschen und fällt ganz toll :) an mir ist es recht lang (Mitte des Schienbeins), bin aber such nur 1,60m :)

I wanted to leave a really positive review of this dress as it is difficult to find really classy dresses these days, that don't reveal too much cleavage, legs or too figure hugging. I've bought a dress before from Belle Poque and I really love their classy, traditional, vintage style. I just hope they keep making garments. (Note to the designer - I'm in need of a coat, please design some for this winter :-P)I'm a traditional size 8 and I bought a S and was a perfect match. I bought the white floral one and the fabric is really nice. I so dislike the current fashion. Shapeless garments and depressing dark coloured fabrics. These dresses are a breath of fresh air. I like that the dresses come with side seam pockets and also that the straps have three buttonholes at the back so you can adjust the strap length. I personally have it on the loosest one as I have quite prominent shoulders.My only criticism (if you can really call it that) was that I found the hem much too long. I'm 5ft 5" and it almost came down to my ankles. It just didn't suit me at all. Fortunately I'm handy with a sewing machine and I was able to take it up to me desired length with very little trouble. The slip underneath was super short so that worked in my favour. I took about 6" off the bottom and it still came to below my knees. It actually worked out well for me as I was able to use the off cuts to make a matching hair ribbon. So I've really managed to personalise it and make it a complete tailor-made outfit.I'm looking forward to spending more of my money with this designer and I would encourage every woman to bring out there inner lady. Dresses like these make you feel a million dollars!
