Very soft and warm, good quilty

The skirt itself is great, delivery fine, fit perfect, one...seemingly insurmountable problem...a strong chemical smell...akin to petrol, but not petrol, that's the best way of describing it. I mistakenly thought that putting it through a wash would remove the smell, therefore threw away the packaging. What a mistake! Two 30 degree washes later, two liberal all over drenchings with fabric freshener....the smell is still there...strong enough to be noticed by other people. I cannot wear it, unable to send it back... am most upset, as I really like the skirt, but feel I ought to warn other prospective buyers that they may get one with the same smell. Hence the 1 star.

This vintage skirt is just gorgeous! It fits me like a dream and it’s so comfortable for me to wear. I really like the design and style of it because it does give classic and elegant vintage vibes and it can be worn in a lot of different ways. The length of the skirt is great and I love how it accentuates my waist. The High waisted design definitely helps with covering the lumps and bumps I want it to and I really like the quality of the material. The material is very lightweight and it’s durable and strong so I’m not worried at all wear out quickly plus it’s very easy to wash and only requires a little bit of ironing, thankfully! I think this skirt is true to size as it fits me as expected so the sizing chart is accurate. I feel it is quite giftable as well so it would make a beautiful present for someone special. I’ve not had any issues with wearing it. In fact I’ve had so many compliments from friends, families and strangers when I’ve been wearing it. The material is buttery soft and I adore the colour. I think the value for money on the skirt is excellent, and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it. It’s well worth getting.

Hatte den Rock in 2 Größen zur Auswahl gekauft. Da ich eine Apfelfigur habe hatte ich mir erhofft, dass sie in der Taille etwas besser sitzen. Leider macht der Schnitt gefühlt nochmal 5 kg schwerer. Ansonsten für den Preis guter Stoff, gute Nähte, und angemessene Qualität.
