I’v only received this today, and I tried it out immediately.I found it really hard to balance on it, but having fibromyalgia has affected my strength, balance and more.This is why I wanted this.I am trying to improve my health, my strength , and my balance , I think this will help, though I need to go easy, as I don’t want to fall.It is,easy to turn around, is solidly built, and the, two pull up straps connected to either side I believe will help my stay on board as my balance improves (I hope). They are quite strong but not so much that I can’t pull them up to just above my waist.I am very impressed with this. I believe a person whose balance is normal would, benefit from using this to strengthen their core muscles and even improve on their good balance.This can be used while sitting too, and it has magnetic pieces and bumps to massage the feet.I think is a good buy for someone wanting to have some fitness equipment at home, or for travelling.This also come with a thigh/hip/arms stretching band, it is quite strong, I could feel it working my leg/thigh/bum muscles, and also my chest and arms when using it there.I feel happy to say give this a try, the price is good I believe, so I recommend this.I received it free as a vine customer, but this is my honest review.

I’d say that this type of exercise equipment is a trial one. If you’re not sure if something or some type of exercise would work for you, get one of the cheaper ones you can find to test. This is exactly it at £12.99. If you find it useful, as everyone is different and so is the type of exercise they need, then invest in a better quality one as this can be better in a number of ways.Starting with a sturdier and wider base, more robust cables and more economic handles.So as per above, for a starter set this is great and from there after a few weeks you can decide if it’s useful and if you need a better made and therefore more expensive one.

Das Produkt selbst wirkt etwas "einfach" in der Verarbeitung, und ich hatte zunächst Bedenken, mich daraufzustellen, da ich befürchtete, zu schwer zu sein. Doch es hielt meinen knapp 100 Kilogramm Körpergewicht stand. Mutig begann ich mich auf dem "Drehteller" zu bewegen, was ebenfalls problemlos funktionierte. Wichtig ist, das Gerät richtig herum auf den Boden zu legen, das bedeutet, mit den angedeuteten Fußumrissen nach oben. Auf diese stellt man sich. So können auch die hervorgehobenen Noppen ihre Aufgabe erfüllen und als Massagepunkte für die Fußsohlen dienen.Zwar ist es als Bauchtrainer gedacht, doch ich nutze es, um meine Arme zu trainieren, indem ich die elastischen, aber unter Spannung stehenden Bänder an den Griffen ziehe und wieder lockere, um sie erneut anzuziehen. Besser wäre, wenn die Scheibe auf Füßen gelagert wäre, damit sie einen festen Stand hat. Aber für den Preis ist es in Ordnung und erfüllt seinen Zweck.
