A little short for knee or over the knee boots. A little hard to put in at first. You need to roll it up like a skinny tube and push it in and then release. It is harder to put in for boots with fabric inside as it rubs against the fabric and harder to push through. I got the 16" and it falls a tiny bit short of 16". For knee or over the knee boots, you need at least 20". It has to sit near the ankle area for the boot to stand on its own. It's a cheap solution and works for now.

I was skeptical but ordered them because of the price. Figured if they sucked I could send them back and try again.But I was shocked that these work and do a great job. They look sleek and fit every height boot including my over the knee boots. They keep them upright and the shape perfect. I will Be ordering more for my ankle boots and cutting the shortest to fit.

I have a large number of tall boots. The problem after a year or so is that they’ve collapsed and sometimes develop creases. After purchasing a few racks for boots and shoes, I bought these inserts. All the boots now sit on the top shelf of the racks and have these supports in them, keeping them in shape and upright. No more crushing, no more unwanted “folds”. I’ve already purchased a few more so that if I find another pair of boots I can’t live without, I’m ready to keep them upright and straight. LOVE these!
