Opmerking:

Belangrijke notitie:
1) Niet bidirectioneel, alleen voor Displayport-computer/laptop naar HDMI-monitor
- Het is niet voor de monitor met DisplayPort-ingang, het is een unidirectionele adapter.
- Werkt niet met Fire TV Stick, XBOX enz. Die een HDMI-uitgang hebben.
- Als uw videobron HDMI is en de monitor een DisplayPort-ingang heeft. Een andere oplossing, HDMI naar DisplayPort met externe voedingsingang, is vereist. Zie de tabel hieronder.

Excellent and Honest Seller! The first came defective but was promptly replaced and the replacement works perfectly on my computer. I use a 4K TV using HDMI (sound included) connected to my NVidia Card using its DisplayPort without issues. I am also using RGB color, so no compression was necessary either. Very useful device when you only have 1 or 2 HDMI ports and you need to use display port(s) to connect to monitors or TVs without a display port input.

works as intended!PC has 3 DisplayPorts, and this ACTIVE cable converts signals for me so I can make use of my HDMI monitors.I didnt understand the difference before, and bought a cheap €3 dongle, but that did not convert the signals.this BENFEI brand worked for me.

Seems to work at first but after exteneded use @60HZ screen starts to blank out.Adapter is also causing interference on screen. My 5+ year old cable (displayport -> HDMI) works fine, attached cable to benfei adapter is of 8k quality.Update: my 5+ year old cable works on 30HZ - not 60HZ - no blank out problems - and also no blank out problems when my display is connected to another laptop (@60HZ). So i am pretty sure that the problems can be attributed to the adapter.update 2: tuning refresh frequency down to 50HZ now - will report later on how things are going.Also note that this adapter - on the displayport connector seems to be a bit loose/no snug fit.Display is a LG 32UN550-WDon't buy it.

Build quality is very good & performance is excellent. Plug it in and it works, zero issues to be had.I had an issue with an Intel B580 graphics card causing flicker when running 2 monitors. I investigated this & Intel suggested putting both monitors onto the display ports to stop the issue. So, I bought this adapter & it has completely cured the problem.I had one monitor connected using HDMI & the other via Display Port. One of the monitors did not have a display port connector thus I was forced to use different types of cables. This adapter permitted me to connect the HDMI cable to the Display Port connector on the graphics card. This solved the flickering problem. The problem was related to mousing over linked or live items. When you did so, the opposite screen would flicker. After having re-installed chipset drivers, graphics drivers & trying a plethora of options, this was so simple a fix.

It works well, plug and play but Blacks our now and then for a few seconds. It does not disturb much and happens ones or twice in an evening.

Ho acquistato questo adattatore perché il mio monitor principale, dotato di hub integrato, supporta l'uscita di segnale video/audio tramite porta DP out, mentre il secondo schermo dispone solo di ingressi HDMI. Non essendo il monitor principale in grado di effettuare una conversione attiva dell'output, ho scelto questo adattatore. A differenza di altri modelli, non richiede alimentazione tramite USB.Il cavo è rivestito in tessuto, e il connettore "femmina" è realizzato in metallo: un dettaglio che denota una buona qualità costruttiva e che probabilmente aiuta anche nella dissipazione del calore, se necessario. L'unica nota leggermente negativa riguarda il prezzo: 15€. A mio avviso, 10€ sarebbe un costo più adeguato, ma se avete bisogno di questo componente, non ci sono molte alternative. Lo consiglio comunque.
