6ft - 33' waist - M purchase. Far better than a similarly priced competitor's 2-in-1 pair of shorts, available (or not) from a large Sports shop chain. In fact, I consider these an upgrade. They do exactly what they say on the tin, the inner layer is certainly snug to prevent rub and outer layer incredibly light weight. The pockets will come in useful for gels.Had I not had music on, I wouldn't have noticed my phone snugly in the inner pocket. Losing the arm band phone carrier is a welcome relief.I decided only took these out for a quick 5k to test and coincidentally ran a PB. I don't know if I can attribute that to the shorts, but i am looking forward to a long run at the weekend and will update the review after a few long runs / washes as to advise on potential longevity.***UPDATE*** lasted just over 2 years / 438 miles before the outer seam ripped on the crotch. The zippable pocket did gain a key sized hole after approx 150 miles, although thats entirely my fault... keys are after all sharp! Best to tie your house key to the drawstring ! Maintaining 5 stars

Running short material is really good and received item on time.Overall short feel is good but there are few things which can be improved.outside pant looks bulky and loss. it should have been designed little compact so looks wise it will be better.

Using for long distance running. Work well. Style and fit as expected.
