This bicycle jersey feels good and has slightly heavier fabric to give you a little warmth on cool days. If you want a large, roomy fit, go up a size. I have the XXL and it is roomy but not too big. The jersey has storage pockets on the back and a secure zippered pocket as well. There is a gripper at the waist to keep the jersey from riding up. I also like to wear long sleeves in the summer for sun protection but this fabric feels a little too warm for that.

Size wise this feels good for me as far as general body length and arm length go, but my preference would have been to have it a bit neater fitting (I wouldn't personally size down for fear of arm length getting too short). I mean it's comfortable like this, and very suited to more casual riding or maybe mountain biking, but I wouldn't feel confident in keeping much in the main three back pockets for any length of time considering how much they move about with a bit of weight in them. The little zipped one is definitely handy though.It's nice and breathable and is well made overall, so I think for anyone looking for a comfortable fit, or those with a larger than my average sized midriff it would be ideal. I like it, and it does seem to be noted as "Loose" fit in the listing pictures so I'm not going to mark it down for being a little looser than I expected.

I ordered the shirt in size medium to account for additional layering, but if you want a more fitted or tiger fit, you may want to get your normal size.The jersey has a silicone hem in the back to keep the shirt in place while riding and three pockets for water bottles or other items. There is also a zip pocket to keep your keys or smaller items. Compared to my other cycling shirts, this is similar in quality, material, and value.
