I initially ordered this in a size large which fitted my body fine, but was tight on my arms. I made a request to exchange the hoodie for an XL & sent it back. There was a slight confusion as to what size I was requesting, but I was promptly sent a message asking for clarification. All in all, it only took a week between me sending the original back & recieving the larger size.Now I've received the new size, I've given it a wee whirl. It's quite cosy even without the heat on. And with the heaters on, there's no chance of being cold. It comes with 2 powerbanks (1 for the front heaters, 1 for the back) with multi sockets which is handy for charging your phone or other devices at the same time as having the heaters on.I do have 2 minor issues that Bertschat might want to look at to improve the product. 1. As a girl who quite likes to have her hair in a bun or a ponytail, the hood is a little too small for this. They might also want to look at drawstrings for it, too. 2. I also quite like to keep stuff in my pockets & with the powerbanks being so bulky, this reduces the space significantly. Perhaps thinner powerbanks or seperate inside pockets may be better.However, this is a great product & the customer service was brilliant.

Ich liebe die Farbe, die Passform und das Design. Er sitzt sehr gut und wärmt. Ich werde ihn auch bei meiner nächsten Wanderung verwenden. Der Hoodie scheint von guter Qualität zu sein. Der Versand ging sehr schnell. Ich bin zufrieden mit diesem Kauf.

Joli colori, utilisation simple et pratique, la charge tient assez longtemps. Chaleur diffuse, le tissus est agréable, un peu élastique, de bonne qualité et suffisamment épais. Les chargeurs ne sont pas trop lourds et peu visibles.

Ich habe diese Jacke für meine Mutter bestellt. Sie passt super, gefällt ihr gut und von der Heizfunktion ist sie begeistert und freut sich auf die kalten Tage.

Also als erstes, der Preis ist echt hoch darum nur 4 SterneABER! die Qualität stimmt, sie passt Perfekt, sieht gut aus und die beiden Akkus tun was sie sollen Heizen.OK ich finde sie könnten Wärmer sein, da ich sie fürs Motorradfahren benutze aber das kann ich der Kapuzenjackeja nicht anhängen.jetzt muss sie nur noch lange halten!
