I got a product that looks slightly different. It's really pretty (perhaps even better than the one depicted here) so I have no complaints in that sense. However, I think it's important that the exact product is sent because sometimes people order items after taking careful measurements and if you send something else it could be a deal breaker.Having said that, the equipment works flawlessly so far, Better Living pumps do not leak like cheaper models which is why I always opt for them.Strong word of caution: these come with silicon glue but I strongly urge anyone getting this or any other soap dispenser to mount it using screws. In my experience, items mounted with glue fail sooner or later, especially since these things are quite heavy when full and get force from all directions exerted on them - the pumps take a bit of a push before they dispense the product. Be smart and use screws for mounting.

We have frequent guests and therefore supplying the two guest rooms with the necessary bathing supplies is constant. I got tired of having to replace nearly-empty and multiple bottles, and sought a more efficient solution.This bath soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser fit the bill. I chose this dispenser because the bottom buttons are pressed towards the back of the dispenser which fortifies its adhesion to the wall,. I didn't choose the kind that pumps from the top which may weaken its adhesion.I followed directions carefully to ensure that the dispenser won't fall off. For the most part, I think I did well although both dispensers may be slightly askew. My bad.The dispensers work beautifully. No longer do the bathrooms look cluttered with multiple bottles, the dispensers also work more efficiently. No spills. By removing the top cover, I can refill both dispensers from the same bottles. No waste.We've had many guests since the dispensers were installed, and these are still firmly in place :)
