The only reason why I gave the review only three stars is that the boxes came crushed. The brownie mix is great, and every time I take them to work, they disappear quickly. The boxes were sent in an envelope that provided no protection, and they came crushed. I'm happy that the plastic inside that holds the mix were not broken, so I'll still be able to use them.

I’ve been trying to bake brownies like mom made, and I can’t!I’ve tried every box mix out there and gave up. Then I saw this box mix for a good price and decided to try it; I’m so happy I did!I’m not sure if it’s because I used liquid eggs (I had no eggs in the shell). The finished product was soft and fudgy inside, and chewy crusts, just perfect! It also had almost a crisp top, but it wasn’t crisp. I know that doesn’t make sense, but I want a crispy top and this came close without it being crispy. The others I’ve tried always had a cake like top (soft) and I personally don’t like them.I came back to order more, that’s how good they are!Like I said, not sure if using liquid eggs gave it the awesome texture of an actual brownie, or if it’s the type of box mix that makes it taste like an actual brownie.I also greased the pan (and the sides) with soft butter, the directions say to grease bottom, not sure if this made a difference.

This brownie mix is absolutely perfect ! I made a batch of brownies and had it warm and had it room temp both times were they absolutely amazing. To be boxed I honestly think it was the best brownie I’ve ever had like ever. I’m a big sweet tooth person and I love home cooked and original recipes. I’m going to buy tons more of these just to make and experiment with other things to mix with the brownies such as Oreo cookies my last batch had nutter butter cookies and they were great. Must buy !!!

Highly recommend if you're a chocolate lover. The many chocolate chunks make for a softer, fudgier brownie that doesn't get hard like some others. These brownies are amazing with a little vanilla ice cream on top. Super easy to make and always a crowd pleaser.
