Très bon outil de scrapbooking pour réaliser des cercles parfaitement.

Helps keep material still and does not stab a hole in the middle of the material in order to cut circles.Downside. It's very difficult to aim/measure and cut.. you can only really cut out circles or circle stencils to use.. impossible to cut a circle out of a current design because you cannot see where it is going.

Fácil de usar e eficiente.

This is so easy to use, it’s sharp, it cuts the perfect circle, and it’s a great value. Read the sizes before buying because the smallest isn’t so small, however, it does a great job! The tool itself is a good size—easy to use without slipping. I bought a plastic placemat to put under my papers when cutting so I didn’t destroy the counter and would highly recommend the same to anyone purchasing because it is so sharp.
