This is made of stainless steel so is good and sanitary. There are also silicone o rings for a secure seal.This is sectioned so it can be stripped down and cleaned easily. The pressure is adjustable by unscrewing the end section to compress the spring more or less.The mechanism works well and seals tightly. I had hoped to use this as a pressure relief during fermentation, but the valve gives relief by being pressed in from the end. So i might try turning it upside down and having it inside the chamber.Good quality and value. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful
