I bought this to improve DAB reception on a Sangean Mini DAB+ DDR-7 which has a 3.5mm socket for the external aerial. The unit came with an aerial wire to plug in, but that looks messy and I have to find something to hang the end on to get the best from it.This antenna isn't sold as a DAB antenna, but I was looking for something compact and tidy in keeping with the radio - so thought I'd give it a try and send back if it didn't work.It does work, showing 2 bars of reception instead of 0 without it. Improves FM reception too - I get 3 or 4 bars instead of 1 without.I live in a basement flat, with a hill on one side, so not in a great reception spot. So I'm very happy this is working :)A longer telescopic aerial would probably give better results but this works well enough for me.Great little aerial for its size.
