Unfortunately these seeds which I’ve sprouted for the past two years are not broccoli seeds but rape seeds - unfortunately they advertise this product wrongly to give you the impression of buying broccoli seeds while in fact they are rape seeds and do not have the sulforaphane content which they advertise- according to Dr Jed Fahey probably the most well known doctor in this field the rape does not have any sulforaphane- there’s a video on YouTube about it - the real broccoli seeds are also double the price

These seeds have a very high germination rate. I sprout them to add 5 days old sprouts into my salad. Taste great.
