This is a good keto friendly pancake mix. I mixed it with water, as per directions, and the batter was a bit thick. I put some coconut oil in a pan and fried three pancakes using 1 cup mix and 1/2 cup water. The pancakes came out just like regular pancakes and, with some good keto syrup, tastes just like regular pancakes. They have a good texture and taste.

Absolutely the best pancake mix, the cassava in it really adds a nice taste. Great pancakes especially when cooked in coconut oil they go all crispy, so delicious

SUPER PRICEY & BAG IS TINY. I USED IT TWICE!! GREAT INGREDIENTS HOWEVER. EVERY OTHER KETO PANCAKE MIX USES A TOXIC PSEUDO SWEETNER. STEVIA IS THE ONLY SWEETNER THATS NOT TOXIC.

Currently doing keto and its very difficult to find things that taste good but this stuff was Amazing taste just like original pancakes good consistency and texture I couldn't believe they are low carb only 7 carbs .i pared them with the mrs.butterworth no sugar syrup which has only 4 carbs and is just as good great quality products
