So frustrated. I bought these pieces to replace an old set. To fit my steam mop you have to be able to attach the pieces at the base. The piece I needed the most is broken at the base and missing the connecting piece. Worthless.

Disappointed with this purchase. I thought the window squeegy went on the end of the pole on the Bissell but it goes on the handheld price so you can’t get to high places like the image on the outside of the Bissell box, plus the squeegy doesn’t stay in place as you drag it down the window it keeps twisting and water leaks. Really disappointing, the wire bruses aren’t great for bathroom uses either, just not enough power from the Bissell.
