I did not know why there was always a puddle of water in the kitchen, in the car, all over me when hiking, etc. I thought hose was in 'open' position but it did not seem to have a 'close' position. On closer inspection, turns out I had worn the bite piece out and it had a very small rip. Ordered new bite piece to solve the problem. So easy to install. Thank you Osprey for making the mouth piece replaceable at a fraction of the cost of a new hydration pack!
